Our Story

We really just love baking…

We are a small, family owned business who employ folks who really love baking, baked goods, coffee, and all that goes along with that. Vintage Baking Company originally opened in July of 2010 in a 500 sq ft space in downtown North Conway. We threw everything at the wall that we knew how to make and loved to eat and drink. in the first few years we were open we also sold retail wine (that’s where “Vintage” first came into play!) and lots of different cheeses and ingredients.

As time has gone on we have changed our lineup to try to match our customer’s needs. We are offering more whole grains in our breads and doing our best to keep up with the volume of demand for items like cinnamon rolls, long fermented sourdoughs, and locally milled grains. Recently we have added classes and are excited to share all of our experiences with our local community.
