Flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar. Butter. That's what goes into our croissant dough. We mix, laminate, and roll our croissants every day. Croissant au Buerre, Pain au Chocolat, Ham & Cheese make daily appearances, alongside cinnamon rolls, danish, and seasonal specialties.
Other breakfast pastries include muffins, scones, and brioche specialties. Weekends we will bake more extras like breakfast boules, coffee cake, and more seasonal specialties.
