We are a small family bakery, working with a staff of bakers that are both old and new to the craft. 

We opened our doors in North Conway in 2010 in a tiny space in downtown.  We outgrew the space in just a year and a half, and relocated to Glen in 2012. We are always trying to create the best artisan products we can, while providing great service to our customers. 

All of our products are baked on site daily in our vintage Blodgett ovens, carefully loved and maintained as best we can.  Our croissants and breads are shaped by hand, and our cakes are decorated to order.  We try to support local producers whenever possible, including Maine Grains, a producer and miller in Maine.
